Ted Cowan
It is with sadness that I report the death of one of our members.
Ted Cowan passed away on Sunday, 11th January 2026. Funeral arrangements will follow.
Ted was a stalwart of the Association, greeting everyone with a smile and a welcoming gesture at our meetings.
Ted will be sorely missed.
Isle of Man Trip​

Eight of our members recently attended, on what is becoming an annual event, the Isle of Man.
The number of our members who attended this year has increased by 100%. So how many will go next year?
The band of brothers had rather good weather to explore the beautiful island at a pace that was enjoyed by everyone.
Apart from sightseeing and enjoying the local hospitality of one or two (eh??) hostelries, this merry band met up with HERO’S ON THE WATER, ISLE OF MAN, who have already invited us back for 2026!
